EFFECT:  Adds that a public school or applicable school district must consult with four members of the public, one appointed by each of the two largest caucuses of each chamber of the legislature, in addition to the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction, when the school chooses a curriculum that is not from a list of comprehensive sexual health education curricula.
