On page 6, after line 10 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"(12) The requirements established in this section apply to public schools in a school district only if approved by a majority of the board of directors for the school district."

EFFECT: Requires that the school board approve application of the bill's requirements for comprehensive sexual health education in the school district.
