On page 1, line 19 of the striking amendment, after "prevention." insert "When discussing abstinence, schools must invite a conservative religious leader to participate in the classroom instruction and to discuss the religious perspective on sexuality."

EFFECT: Requires schools, when discussing abstinence in accordance with instruction in comprehensive sexual health education, to invite a conservative religious leader to participate in the classroom instruction and to discuss the religious perspective on sexuality.
