On page 6, after line 10 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. A new section is added to chapter 84.36 RCW to read as follows:

All real property owned by a parent or guardian who withdraws his or her child from a public school due to the comprehensive sexual health education required by section 1 of this act is exempt from property taxation to the extent that the property taxes are used to fund public education."

EFFECT: Makes real property owned by a parent or guardian who withdraws his or her child from a public school due to the provision of comprehensive sexual health education exempt from property taxation to the extent the property taxes are used to fund public education.
