| EFFECT: Specifies that the practice of music therapy does not include the treatment of a physical, mental, or communication disorder (in addition to not including screening, diagnosis, or assessment). Clarifies that music therapists must review the client's diagnosis, treatment needs, and treatment plan with health care providers involved the client's care.
Changes references to "licensees" to "music therapists." Makes various technical phrasing and terminology changes.
