On page 6, after line 16, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION.  Sec. 102. The joint legislative audit and review committee is directed to analyze the impact of the changes made to the nonresident tax exemption pursuant to this act on business decisions to locate or relocate outside of Washington. The study should include business decisions to locate or relocate to a nearby state without a retail sales tax."
Correct the title.
EFFECT: Adds a Joint Legislative Audit and Review Committee study on the impact of the changes to the nonresident retail sales tax exemption.
