On page 5, after line 33, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 3. The exemptions in this act apply to any public records requests made prior to the effective date of this act for which the disclosure of records has not already occurred."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

Correct the title.
