On page 26, after line 6 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"(3) A nonprofit corporation that receives more than one percent of its donations from foreign nationals, or its affiliated committee, may not make a contribution to any candidate or political committee, make an expenditure in support of or in opposition to any candidate or ballot measure, or sponsor political advertising or an electioneering communication."

EFFECT: Prohibits nonprofit corporations and their affiliated committees that receive more than 1% of their donations from foreign nationals from engaging in the election activity regulated by the underlying bill.
