On page 1, line 30 of the striking amendment, after "shall" insert "not be provided an opportunity to cure and shall"

EFFECT: Clarifies that after committing an initial violation, a person who gets a subsequent violation of the requirement will not be given an opportunity to cure, even if the initial violation had been dismissed.
