On page 2, line 31 of the striking amendment, after "(e)" insert "Identifying options to increase punishments, to include the death penalty, for a person who commits first degree murder, as defined in RCW 9A.32.030(1)(a), where there was more than one victim, and the murders were part of a common scheme or plan or the result of a single act of the person;

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
