On page 20, after line 16, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION.  Sec. 22. A new section is added to chapter 41.56 RCW to read as follows:
Matters related to premiums as defined in section 2 of this act are prohibited from negotiations under this chapter, and the premiums must be paid by the employee.
NEW SECTION.  Sec. 23. A new section is added to chapter 41.80 RCW to read as follows:
Matters related to premiums as defined in section 2 of this act are prohibited from negotiations under this chapter, and the premiums must be paid by the employee.
NEW SECTION.  Sec. 24. A new section is added to chapter 41.59 RCW to read as follows:
Matters related to premiums as defined in section 2 of this act are prohibited from negotiations under this chapter, and the premiums must be paid by the employee.
NEW SECTION.  Sec. 25. A new section is added to chapter 28B.52 RCW to read as follows:
Matters related to premiums as defined in section 2 of this act are prohibited from negotiations under this chapter, and the premiums must be paid by the employee.
NEW SECTION.  Sec. 26. A new section is added to chapter 41.76 RCW to read as follows:
Matters related to premiums as defined in section 2 of this act are prohibited from negotiations under this chapter, and the premiums must be paid by the employee.
NEW SECTION.  Sec. 27. A new section is added to chapter 47.64 RCW to read as follows:
Matters related to premiums as defined in section 2 of this act are prohibited from negotiations under this chapter, and the premiums must be paid by the employee."
