On page 7, beginning on line 4, after "(2)" strike all material through "site." on line 5 and insert "The authority may disclose on its web site that the price increase has occurred, as reported in a publicly available pricing compendia, in a prompt manner after the effective date of the increase. All other data submitted under this section shall not be subject to public disclosure under chapter 42.56 RCW and is considered a trade secret as defined in RCW 19.108.010."
EFFECT: Prohibits the disclosure of price increase information submitted pursuant to Section 7 prior to the price increase taking effect and classifies the information as a trade secret.
