Beginning on page 1, at the beginning of line 3, strike all material through "28A.210.090." on page 4, line 37, and insert the following:

"NEW SECTION.  Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 28A.210 RCW to read as follows:

The department of health must develop an evidence-based education program designed to increase the rate of voluntary vaccinations, including among recent immigrant populations whose unvaccinated rates are above the state average. The department must report to the legislature by December 1, 2020, on the impact of the program."

On page 5, line 1, after "insert" strike all material through "section." on line 4 and insert "and adding a new section to chapter 28A.210 RCW."
