On page 3, line 9, after "vaccine" insert ". A health care practitioner is not subject to disciplinary action, as defined in RCW 18.130.020, for signing a certification described in this subsection if the practitioner signed the certification based on his or her clinical judgment and consistent with the standard of care"
EFFECT: Provides that a health care practitioner is not subject to disciplinary action for signing a medical exemption if the practitioner signed the exemption based on his or her clinical judgment and consistent with the standard of care.
