On page 1, line 15, after "employee" strike "sells" and insert ":
(a) Sells"
On page 1, line 17, after "chapter" strike ", or if the employee sells" and insert ";
(b) Sells marijuana products to a person who is under the age of twenty-one, not otherwise authorized to purchase marijuana products under this chapter, and is a resident of a state where the sale of marijuana for recreational use is not legal; or
(c) Sells"
EFFECT: Makes it a felony for an employee of a retail outlet to sell marijuana to an unauthorized person under the age of 21 who is a resident of a state where the sale of marijuana for recreational use is not legal.
