On page 7, after line 34, insert the following:

"(f) Before an ordinance adopted under this subsection (6) may take effect, it must be approved by a majority of the voters within the city boundaries."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Requires voter approval within the city before the ordinance expanding the use of cameras may take effect.
