On page 2, line 18, after "(4)" insert "Subsections (2) and (3) of this section do not apply to school districts that are under contract with a nongovernmental entity for pupil transportation services on the effective date of this section.

EFFECT: Provides that the provisions of the bill do not apply to school districts that already contract pupil transportation services out with a nongovernmental entity as of the effective date of the section.
