"NEW SECTION. Sec. 8. If all computer, software, and programming companies and firms in Washington do not have apprenticeship programs that pay prevailing wage by December 1, 2020, this act is null and void."

Renumber the remaining section consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

On page 5, line 3, after "January 1," strike "2020" and insert "2021"
