On page 2, line 35, after "(c)" insert "Within five business days of the completion of the advanced safety training, the training provider must deliver to the department a certification of completion."

EFFECT: Requires a training provider to deliver a certification of completion of the advanced safety training to the department of labor and industries within five business days.
