On page 2, at the beginning of line 18, strike all material through "16.52.207)" on line 20 and insert "crime, committed on or after the effective date of this section: Unlawful aiming or discharge of a firearm or dangerous weapon (RCW 9.41.230)"
EFFECT: Removes animal cruelty in the second degree as an underlying crime for unlawful possession of a firearm.
