On page 15, after line 2, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION.  Sec. 15. A new section is added to chapter 82.04 RCW to read as follows:

(1) There is levied and collected from any tribe conducting sports wagering a five percent business and occupation tax on the gross income from all gambling operations.

(2) For purposes of this section, "sports wagering" has the same meaning as in section 11 of this act."

Renumber the remaining section consecutively.

On page 15, line 10, after "RCW;" insert "adding a new section to chapter 82.04 RCW;"
