(j) An agreement that payments will cease during any fiscal year in which the total payments to all compacting tribes would exceed one hundred twenty-five million dollars for that fiscal year"
EFFECT: Discontinues state tax distributions to all compacting tribes during any fiscal year once distributions reach $125 million.
