On page 12, line 17, after "December", strike "1, 2020", and insert "31, 2020 for approval by the legislature"
On page 12, line 32, after "task force", strike everything through "be" on line 34, and insert "if"
| EFFECT: Changes the reporting date of the task force to December 31, 2020. Requires the report to be submitted to the legislature for approval. Provides that the LCB may adopt rules implementing the task force recommendations if approved by the legislature.
