On page 1, line 9, after "home." insert "Boarding homes may not be considered as contributing to the overall underlying density within a county for purposes of compliance with chapter 36.70A RCW."
EFFECT: Specifies that boarding homes may not be considered as contributing to the overall underlying density within a county for purposes of compliance with the Growth Management Act.
