On page 2, beginning on line 32, after "is" strike all material through "9.94A.633(2)." on line 39 and insert ":
(a) Serving a sentence of confinement in the custody of the department of corrections; or
(b) Subject to community custody as ((
defined in RCW 9.94A.030))
directed under RCW 9.94A.701(1)(b)."
On page 4, beginning on line 10, after "is" strike all material through "9.94A.633(2)." on line 17 and insert ":
(a) Serving a sentence of confinement in the custody of the department of corrections; or
(b) Subject to community custody as ((
defined in RCW 9.94A.030))
directed under RCW 9.94A.701(1)(b)."
EFFECT: Prohibits persons on community custody for a serious violent offense from being registered to vote before their release from custody.
