Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert the following:

"NEW SECTION.  Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 64.90 RCW to read as follows:

Condominiums with less than seven units are exempt from the provisions of RCW 64.90.665 through 64.90.680 unless the legislative authority of a city or county has opted by ordinance or resolution to apply the provisions to all condominiums."

On page 1, line 1 of the title, after "warranties;" strike the remainder of the title and insert "and adding a new section to chapter 64.90 RCW."
