Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert the following:
"NEW SECTION.Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 64.90 RCW to read as follows:
The legislative authority of a city or county may opt by ordinance or resolution to exempt condominiums with less than seven units from the provisions of RCW 64.90.665 through 64.90.680."
