On page 15, line 30, after "offense" insert "and has been determined to be a low risk to reoffend"
EFFECT: Clarifies that offenders with current or prior conviction for a violent felony offense must be determined to be a low risk to reoffend in order to be eligible for the parenting sentencing alternative.
