On page 3, line 28, after "(3)" insert "The work group must study the number of individuals traveling from Canada to the United States to receive health care, and the number of individuals traveling from the United States to Canada to receive health care. This includes:

(a) The health care services each individual is seeking; and

(b) Each individual's reason for declining health care services in their native country.

(4)"

Renumber the remaining subsection consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Requires the work group to study the number of individuals traveling from Canada to the United States to receive health care, and the number of individuals traveling from the United States to Canada to receive health care.
