EFFECT: Requires the Office of Student Financial Assistance and the Washington Student Achievement Council to coordinate with the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction in:

(1) Selecting pilot high schools;

(2) Selecting and administering student supports and interventions; and

(3) Studying the effectiveness of the pilot program.
