(e) The facility is not located in a neighborhood where a significant number of households have an adjusted income of less than eighty percent of the median family income adjusted for household size, for the city or county where the facility is located"
EFFECT: Prohibits a temporary shelter or transitional encampment from being exempt from the state environmental policy act if it is located in a neighborhood with a significant number of low-income households; defines low-income as less than eighty percent of the median family adjusted income for the local city or county.
