On page 3, after line 31, insert the follow:

(a) $3,941,000 per biennium for the purpose of funding the payment in lieu of tax program under RCW 77.12.170;

On page 4, after line 3, insert the follow:

(a) $3,941,000 per biennium for the purpose of funding the payment in lieu of tax program under RCW 77.12.170;

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Provides permanent funding for the Department of Fish and Wildlife to make payments in lieu of taxes.
