On page 3, after line 7, insert the following:

"(9) A staffing agency or worksite employer may not retaliate against a staffing agency employee who reports safety concerns."

EFFECT: Prohibits a staffing agency or worksite employer from retaliating against a staffing agency employee who reports safety concerns.
