On page 4, after line 26, insert the following:
"(10) All records obtained and all reports produced, as required by this section, are subject to disclosure through the public records act under chapter 42.56 RCW."
EFFECT: Makes the Washington Office of Firearm Violence Prevention and the Washington Firearm Violence Intervention and Prevention Grant Program subject to the state Public Records Act.
