On page 5, after line 17, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION.  Sec. 8. A new section is added to chapter 43.131 RCW to read as follows:

The office of firearm violence prevention created in chapter 43.--- RCW (the new chapter created in section 7 of this act) terminates on July 1, 2027, as provided in section 9 of this act.

NEW SECTION.  Sec. 9. A new section is added to chapter 43.131 RCW to read as follows:

The following acts or parts of acts, as now existing or hereafter amended, are each repealed, effective July 1, 2028:

(1) RCW 43.---.--- and 2020 c . . . s 2 (section 2 of this act);

(2) RCW 43.---.--- and 2020 c . . . s 3 (section 3 of this act);

(3) RCW 43.---.--- and 2020 c . . . s 4 (section 4 of this act);

(4) RCW 43.---.--- and 2020 c . . . s 5 (section 5 of this act; and

(5) RCW 43.---.--- and 2020 c . . . s 6 (section 6 of this act)."

On page 5, line 20, after "RCW;" insert "adding new sections to chapter 43.131 RCW;"
