Requires the office of the superintendent of public instruction to: (1) Establish a grant program for supporting media literacy and digital citizenship through school district leadership teams; and

(2) Convene two regional conferences on the subject of media literacy and digital citizenship to highlight the work performed by the grant program recipients, as well as best practices in media literacy and digital citizenship.
