"(6) For purposes of this section, "prohibited person" means an individual whose constitutional rights are impaired by the various sections and subsections of this act."
| EFFECT: Amends the bill's restrictions on the manufacturing, assembly, possession, transportation, receipt, sale, transfer, and purchase of untraceable firearms to only apply to prohibited persons. Defines the term prohibited persons. |
