EFFECT:   Removes the requirement that, in areas where the city will allow additional housing units or adopting an average minimum net density equivalent to 33 dwelling units per acre, cities must ensure that multifamily housing includes sufficient units to meet the projections of housing needed within the planning horizon for families and households of various sizes and income and provides instead that multifamily housing within such areas must include a mix of housing for families and households of various sizes and income levels.
