On page 2, line 2, after "relief." insert "If the employer has 25 employees or less, the department will pay the fees and costs out of the department's administrative fund to the worker or beneficiary."

EFFECT: Provides for payment of the worker's or beneficiary's fees and costs from the Department of Labor and Industries' administrative fund after a partially or fully unsuccessful appeal by an employer with 25 or fewer employees.
