On page 10, at the beginning of line 36, strike "as provided in RCW 59.18.290" and insert "((as provided in RCW 59.18.290)). However, if the court makes a finding that the landlord acted in bad faith, the landlord is not entitled to an award of reasonable attorneys' fees"
EFFECT: Strikes prohibition on attorneys' fees and costs except where the court makes a finding that the landlord acted in bad faith.
