On page 1, line 10, after "employer's" strike "actual or constructive" and insert "receipt of"

EFFECT:

Requires the employee to request reimbursement within 90 days of incurring the expenditure or loss or in accordance with the employer's written policies on reimbursements.

Requires reimbursements to be paid within 30 days of the employer's receipt of notice (rather than the employer's actual or constructive notice).
