On page 12, after line 22, insert the following:

"(4) Under the program implemented under this chapter, a deposit may not be collected for any sales of beverages in qualifying beverage containers to a business, vendor, or organization that engages in the sales of beverages in qualifying beverage containers intended for consumption on-site."

EFFECT: Provides that entities that engage in the sale of beverages for on-site consumption may not be charged a deposit for beverages in qualifying beverage containers.
