Reletter the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

On page 2, line 9, after "(2)" insert "Staff support for the work group must be provided by the office of the insurance commissioner."

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:

Adds to the Wildfire Mitigation and Resiliency Standards work group one representative from local emergency management nominated by the Washington State Emergency Management Council.

Requires the Office of the Insurance Commissioner to provide staff support to the Wildfire Mitigation and Resiliency Standards work group.
