| EFFECT: Removes a requirement for the State Treasurer to withhold certain revenues from a city upon notification from the Department of Commerce that the city has failed to amend its zoning ordinance and development regulations, or has failed to issue a permit or development agreement for supportive housing, transitional housing, indoor emergency housing, or indoor emergency shelter, within 30 days of a determination of noncompliance. |
