| EFFECT: Amends an existing Department of Fish and Wildlife grant to the Northwest Indian Fisheries Commission for hatchery operations prioritized to increase prey for Southern Resident orcas, by increasing the amount for the Squaxin Island Tribe by $89,000 per fiscal year ongoing.
FISCAL IMPACT: Increases General Fund - State by $89,000.
