| EFFECT: Removes the date on which enforcement is permitted and by which WSDOT and Washington State Patrol must complete required consultations, rulemaking, and the completion of implementation of the speed safety camera system program, and replaces it with a requirement that these activities be completed prior to the use of speed safety camera systems to capture a speed safety camera system violation for enforcement purposes.
