On page 28, beginning on line 6, after "
70A.455 RCW;" strike "adding a new section to chapter

EFFECT: Removes the section authorizing local jurisdictions to amend the state building code (Code), as applied to the jurisdiction, to require multifamily residential buildings to provide adequate space or signage for colocated collection containers and to distribute annual waste sorting educational materials. Eliminates legislative intent language relating to the authorization above.
