On page 6, line 12, after "district" insert "; and

(j) The assessment of impacts under (i) of this subsection (2) must include any necessary mitigation to the local fire service, public hospital service, and emergency medical services"

EFFECT: Clarifies that a local government must include in its project assessment any necessary mitigation to the local fire service, public hospital service, and emergency medical services, rather than any junior taxing district.
