On page 2, line 18, after "2023,))" strike "2025," and insert "Except as provided in (b)(ii) of this subsection,"

On page 2, line 34, after "2026" insert ", in the five most populous counties in the state"

EFFECT: Limits the restrictions on nonstandardized plans to the five most populous counties in Washington. Retains the current authorization for nonstandardized plans in all other counties.
