On page 17, line 27, after "(4)" insert "(a)"

On page 17, after line 31, insert the following:

"(b) A defendant who prevails in any action brought pursuant to this section is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs from the plaintiff or plaintiffs, including reasonable expert witness fees."

EFFECT: Allows a prevailing defendant to an action brought pursuant to the antiretaliation provision of the bill to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, including reasonable expert witness fees.
